Milestone Accelerator

You’ve validated your idea. Now it’s time to build, launch, and pitch. The Milestone Accelerator is a 2-week sprint designed to take you from validated concept to investor-ready startup.

This program includes the 5-day Validation Workshop, followed by rapid MVP development, traction building, and pitch preparation. By the end of Week 2, you’ll have a deployed product, a landing page with signups, and a pitch deck you can present to real investors.

The Milestone Accelerator is for teams that are ready to move fast. If you’re willing to put in 60-hour weeks for two weeks straight, you’ll leave with everything you need to raise your first round.

Curriculum

Mon-Tue: MVP Scoping & Tech Setup

  • Finalizing the MVP feature set based on validation learnings
  • Choosing the tech stack and deployment platform
  • Setting up development environment and version control
  • Breaking down the build into daily sprints

Wed-Thu: Core Features Development

  • Building the core functionality (the 'aha moment')
  • Frontend and backend integration
  • User authentication and basic data persistence
  • Daily mentor check-ins and unblocking sessions

Fri: User Testing & Feedback

  • Running user tests with 5-10 people
  • Observing how people interact with the MVP
  • Collecting feedback and identifying critical bugs
  • Planning Week 2 refinements based on feedback

Mon-Tue: Landing Page & Waitlist Setup

  • Building a landing page that converts
  • Setting up waitlist infrastructure (email capture, confirmation, nurture sequence)
  • Initial outreach to target users (email, LinkedIn, community posts)
  • Tracking early traction metrics

Wed-Thu: Pitch Deck Refinement

  • Building the investor pitch deck: problem, solution, market, traction, team, ask
  • Crafting the narrative: why now, why you, why this problem
  • Practicing the pitch with mentors and iterating based on feedback
  • Preparing for Q&A: common investor questions and how to answer them

Fri: Final Presentation to Panel

  • Pitching to a panel of investors and startup operators
  • Receiving structured feedback on pitch, product, and market fit
  • Investor connect for Demo Day attendees
  • Program graduation and ongoing mentor access

  • Daily mentor office hours (unblock technical, product, and GTM questions)
  • Tech stack assistance and code reviews

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do this remotely?
No. The Milestone Accelerator is in-person only. You need to be co-located with your team and have access to mentors throughout the day.
What if we don't finish the MVP in Week 1?
Scope down. The goal is to ship something, not to ship everything. Mentors will help you ruthlessly cut features to meet the deadline.
Do we get funding at the end?
We don't provide direct funding, but we connect you with pre-seed investors. Your pitch and traction will determine whether you raise.
How much does it cost?
